enable

how to enable?
improve health literacy, career guidance, education and training, involve them in decision-making.
mediating
to intercede, to act between parties with a view to reconcilling differences. form a connecting link or stage between two others.
how to mediate?
hold meetings, establish rules or procedures, active listening, empathy, ensure both sides make decsions and decide on solutions, facilitate agreement.
advocating
speak on behalf of another person. to plead for a cause or idea. to speak, or argue in favour of something.

raise awareness, research, hold events, hold press conferences or debates

involve having health care facilities changing and improving their organisation and work so total needs of individuals and patients can be recognised and met.
developing personal skills
individuals need to be committed to develop skills necessary to lead fulfilling, independent lives where they can make healthy choices.
strengthening community action
referes to empowering communites to take control of their health and wellbeing. if communities feel empowered, they’ll take control of their health, set priorities and plan to benefit health.
