Torso
The trunk of the human body located below the head and above the legs, protecting internal organs.
Chest
The part of the body between the neck and abdomen that houses important organs like the heart and lungs.
Abdomen
The area between the chest and thighs, containing vital organs such as the stomach and intestines.
Waist
The body part between the buttocks and chest that allows for bending.
Navel.
It is the belly button.
Back
The part of the torso that supports the body's weight and aids in movement ang keeps our posture proper.
Buttocks
Located at the back of the trunk, providing cushion when sitting and maintaining upright posture.
Hips
Located at the lower sides of the torso, supporting body weight and help with walking, sitting, and standing.
Navel
It is in the middle of the abdomen that connects the umbilical cord to the mother's placenta.
Limbs
These are the extensions of our bodies.
Upper Arm
The section of the arm connecting the shoulder to the elbow.
Lower Arm
The section of the arm between the elbow and wrist.
Elbow
The joint connecting the upper and lower arm, allowing for rotation and strength.
Wrist
The joint that connects the lower arm to the hand, enabling hand rotation.
Knuckle
A joint between hand and finger bones, allowing for bending and extending of fingers.

Calf
Back part of the lower leg.
Shin
Front part of the lower leg.
Knee
The joint that connects the upper leg to the lower leg, allowing it to bend.
Ankle
The joint connecting the bones in the lower leg to the foot bones, facilitating foot movements.
Foot
The bottom part of the leg that touches the ground, aiding in walking and balance.
Sole
The bottom part of the foot that touches the ground.

External parts of the body that should be covered and maintained with hygiene.
