Cribriform plate

a thin, horizontal bone plate that forms the roof of the nasal cavity and separates it from the brain

Superior and Middle Nasal Conchae

Projections into the nasal cavity toward the nasal septum

Perpendicular plate

extends down from the crista galli between the conchae to form part of the nasal septum
