Muscular System

It is responsible for movement, posture, and stability.

Muscles

These are specialized tissues that has the ability to contract and relax

Voluntary muscles

These are skeletal muscles that you can control with your mind, like those in your arms and legs for walking or lifting objects.

Involuntary Muscles

These muscles work automatically without conscious control and include smooth muscles in your digestive system and blood vessels, as well as cardiac muscle in your heart, which constantly pumps blood

Skeletal Muscle

It move parts of the skeleton

The only voluntary muscle; attach to bones and controls movement

Smooth muscle

These muscles are found in the walls of internal organs; stomach

Involuntary muscle

Cardiac muscle

This muscle is only found in the heart; responsible for pumping blood.
