Developing Cultural Diversity Steps
A framework consisting of five steps: 1. Value diversity, 2. Possess the capacity for cultural self-assessment, 3. Having a consciousness of the dynamics of cross-cultural interaction, 4. Institutionalizing cultural knowledge, and 5. Developing adaptations of service delivery that reflect an understanding of multicultural environment.
ARRT Code of Ethics
