Dot
Dots are simple points of focus that can be used to create patterns or indicate location. Dots can create texture, movement, or visual emphasis.
Points
A dot is considered to be zero-dimensional because it represents a point with no length, width, or height, meaning it has no measurable dimensions in geometry.
Point vs. Dot: In mathematics, a "point" is the abstract concept with no dimensions, and a "dot" is the visual representation of that point on a plane, which is why it's also considered zero-dimensional.
Texture
Multiple dots placed in an intentional form create a pattern. The space/distance between them, the intensity and the direction defining the rhythm, texture and form.
Line
When two or more points are connected, as we know, forms a line. A line is one dimensional because it only has length.
Curved Line
A line can be curved, wavy, sharp open or closed. A curved line creates movement.
