Great Saphenous Vein
Union of dorsal vein of great toe and dorsal venous arch of foot. Ascends anterior to medial malleolus
Small saphenous vein
Union of dorsal vein of little toe and dorsal venous arch. Ascends position to lateral malleolus
Medial and lateral plantar veins
Forms posterior tibial and fibulae veins
Dorsalis pedis artery
Begins Miya between malleolus, runs anteromedially. Divides into 1st dorsal metatarsal artery and deep plantar artery
Medial plantar artery
Terminal branch of posterior tibial artery
Lateral plantar artery
Terminal branch of posterior tibial artery. Runs laterally and anteriorly deep to AH then between FDB and Quadratus plantae
Saphenous nerve
Supplies skin medial side of leg, ankle, and foot
Superficial fibulae nerve
Supplies PL, PB, skin on dorsum of foot and all digits, minus lateral ide of 5th and adjoin side of 1st and 2nd digit
Deep fibular nerve
Supplies TA, EDL, EHL, Peroneus ritual, EDB, EHB, and skin on side of 1st and 2nd digits
Medial plantar nerve
Supplies skin on medial side sole of foot, side 1-3 digits, AbdH, FDB, FHB, first lumbrical
Lateral plantar nerve
Supplies Quadratus plantae, AbdDM, DMB, plantar and dorsal interossei, lateral three lumbricals, AddH, skin on sole lateral to line splitting 4th digit
Sural nerve (lateral)
Supplies lateral aspect of hindfoot and midfoot
Tibial nerve
Supplies posterior compartment muscles, skin on posterior and lateral portions of leg and foot
Sural nerve (posterior)
Supplies skin on lateral and posterior part of inferior 3rd leg lateral aspect of hindfoot and midfoot
