Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
is characterized by persistent, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety.

or imagined ugliness is a mental disorder where indiviudals are preoccupied with perceived flaws in their physical appearance, even if these flaws are minor or unnoticeable to others which cause them significant distress and interfere with daily life. Muscle dysmorphia
the individual is preoccupied with the idea that their body built is too small or insufficiently muscular.
Hoarding Disorder
is a mental disorder characterized by persistent difficulty discarding or parting with possessions, regardless of their actual value. This leads to excessive accumulation of items, causing clutter that significantly impacts living spaces and daily functioning. Animal Hoarders

Animal hoarders are characterized by the failure or inability to care for the animals or provide suitable living quarters, which results in threats to health and safety due to unsanitary conditions associated with accumulated animal waste. (They treat their animals as a human)
Trichotillomania
or hair-pulling disorder is a mental disorder characterized by repetitive pulling of hair resulting in hair loss or bald patches. This can be hair from the scalp, eyebrows, eyelashes, or other parts of the body. (1% and 5% with females college students)
Excoriation
or skin-picking disorder is a mental disorder characterized by repetitive picking of the skin leading to skin damage. This can be a healthy skin, minor skin irregularities, pimples, or scabs. (due to stress, boredom and may feel guilt or shame afterward) (female disorder)
