  2. Verify on the manifest

  3. advise the PSA

If it’s a kid got mistaken for an infant (under 2yo), then they are a fare-paying passenger and therefore occupy a seat and are part of the manifest

Until when are we responsible for the UM (chapter 2.19)

At all times, they are our responsibility; we can’t leave the aircraft at stops even if everyone is deplaning. At the destination, when the kid is with PSA, that’s when we can leave, but before that, no, no, no. WTV happens, they’re with us.
