Shift work alters the sleep-wake cycle, consequently reducing the quality and amount of sleep they get, distrupting sleep patterns

What are drugs?
A medicine or other substance that can have physiological and psychological effects when ingested or introduced into the body. Can impact the sleep stage progression, reducing the NREM or affecting the REM sleep.
