Possess a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply.
6(1)(b) MDA
Manufacture or prepare prohibited drug.
6(1)(C) MDA
Sells or supplies or offers to sell or offer to supply prohibited drug.

Possess or use prohibited drug (Simple Offence).
7(1)(a) MDA
Possess or Cultivate a prohibited plant with intent to sell or supply.

MDA Statute of Limitations
There is no statute of limitations for offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
23(1) MDA
Power to stop, detain and search any person; stop/search vehicle the person is in; search any baggage, package or other thing; and use force that is reasonably necessary.
24(1) MDA
Search Warrant executable at any time or times within 30 days to search premises or vehicle and any person or baggage within.

Search Speech, Occupier's Consent, and Search Rules apply to searches conducted under the MDA.
