Identity
Who you are—the combination of things you are born with, beliefs, values, and experiences that make you a unique person.

A way of thinking that puts individual worth, value and freedom above the collective.

Is what benefits everyone in a community, rather than just one person.
Classical liberalism
Puts greater focus on individual freedom and human rights, while having as little government intervention as possible.
Modern liberalism
Puts greater focus on individual freedom and human rights, while defenetly having some government intervention.

No government or ruling authority exists.
Thomas Hobbes
Philosopher that believed security is more important than freedom, and you should listen to the king, who can provide you security, intil he doesn’t kill you. Not posible to have both security and freedom.
John Locke
Philosopher that believed humans are rational, intelligent and reasonable. He strongly believe in human power, so if people doesn’t like the king, you should pick another one. Stated that kids born with blank minds, and their believe come from the world.
Jean-Jacques Rousseau
Philosopher that believed that being part of society is corruption, and believed citizens should make the laws directly (vote for every law).
Liberty
Having the freedom to live your life, make your own choices, and express your ideas without unnecessary control or restriction by others or the government.
Libertarianism
A political philosophy built on the idea that personal liberty should be the highest priority in society.

Theory that we should listen to government, while we benefit from it.
The divine rights of Kings
Theory that going against king is going against God, because all kings are pointed by God.
Totalitarianism
A government system that seeks complete control over the public and private lives of its citizens.
Pluralism
A policy that actively promotes the acceptance of diversity in a society.
Communism
A economic and political system where all property and resources are owned by the entire community rather than by individual people, so that everyone shares the wealth equally.
Capitalism
A economic system where individuals and private businesses own the property and goods, and wealth is made through open competition in a free market.
