press on accelerator 10 rpm to build pressure to get governor cutoff to 120-140 psi roll down window to hear sneeze

  1. Engine off

  2. Wheels are chocked

  3. Transmission neutral

  4. Turn key to on position

  5. Check ABS on dashboard/ side of truck to indicate working properly( should turn on then off)

  6. Push in red yellow brakes to supply air

  7. Turn engine on

  8. Start gov cutoff

What’s Step 2 when performing air brake test??

Applied break test. After turning key on wait for gauge to stabilize then hold break for 1min make sure no more than 4psi lost in one minute or indicates leak

Low pressure warning .Apply break till light comes on should come on or at 55 psi

Low pressure pop out. Press break till park valve and trailer valve (red and yellowe) pop out at 45-20 psi
