Fracture-Specific     Displacement >2 cm   Shortening >2 cm   Increasing comminution (>3 fragments)   Segmental fractures   Open fracturesa   Impending open fractures with soft tissue compromisea   Obvious clinical deformity (usually associated with 1 and 2 above)   Scapular malposition and winging on initial examination

Intramedullary fixation with a headed, distally threaded pin (modified Hagie pin).

داشتن آویز برای ۲ هفته

آغاز حرکات پاندولار بعد از ۲ هفته

نان ویت و محدودیت حرکات تا سطح هاریزنتال تا ۶ هفته

بعد از ۶ هفته و جوش خوردگی حرکات کامل می شود

Post op

درمان جراحی

اغاز حرکات پاندولار بلافاصله بعد از جراحی

بعد از ۲ هفته و چک زخم جراحی حرکات کامل

بعد از ۸ هفته و دیدن جوش خوردگی برگشت به ورزش های رقابتی

هوک پلت

برداشتن ان حداقل ۶ ماه بعد از جراحی باید انجام شود

محدودت ابداکشن می دهد
