neurodivergent

emotional regulation
the ability to manage and control your feelings in a healthy way, meaning being able to handle your emotions, like anger, sadness, or excitement, so they don't take over your actions or make things harder for you. It involves understanding what you're feeling, why you're feeling that way, and finding ways to deal with those feelings that help you stay calm and make good decisions.
