Mixing Methods
build - when your the alcohol into the glass it is served, most often with ice
straight up/neat - NO ICE! - may be room temperature or stirred with ice and strained
on the rocks - build in the rocks glass with ice
blend - build in blender and then pour into glass
layer - pour alcohol so that it separates, creating layers
up in a stemmed glass, shake and strain method
