What is a Growth Mindset?
The belief that intelligence, skills, and talent can be developed through effort, study, and perseverance.
What is a Fixed Mindset?
The belief that intelligence and ability cannot be changed or further improved.
How is 'Emosyon' (Emotion) defined in the notes?
An intense feeling felt by a person and a reaction that appears during experiences, thoughts, or perceptions.
What does 'Katatagan' refer to?
The ability to bounce back from trials or hardships in life; also known as resilience or 'tibay ng loob'.
