Expressions of a person's ultimate ends, goals, and purpose of social action.

Pagkamaka-Diyos

A core value of good citizenship that includes faith in the Almighty, respect for life, concern for the family and future generations, order, and work.

Faith in the Almighty

Trusting and believing in God or a higher power.

Respect for Life

A value under Pagkamaka-Diyos that emphasizes concern for the family and future generations.

Pagkamaka-tao

A core value of good citizenship encompassing love, freedom, peace, truth, and justice.

Love

Described as the strongest force within the human community.

Peace

The state of harmony within the human community.

Pagkamaka-bansa

A core value of good citizenship that includes unity, equality, respect for law and government, patriotism, and promotion of the common good.

Unity

The state of being one and in harmony.

Equality

The principle of having uniform rights.

Pagkamaka-kalikasan

A core value focused on the environment and the fact that all forms of life are dependent of nature.
