Tell me about yourself and why Netflix.

I began my career with a bachelor’s degree in digital filmmaking, which gave me a strong foundation in media formats, post-production pipelines, and visual storytelling. Over the past five years as a Project Development Officer at the Makati DRRM Office, I applied that creative background to high-stakes, fast-paced public communications and operations.

I conducted asset audits and successfully launched promotional videos, educational materials, virtual reality software programs, and various city initiatives. I manage and support over 20 concurrent projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a result, our official communication platform has reached over 30,000 followers online.

While I love public service, I want to step out of my comfort zone and make a greater impact. I believe Netflix is the best place for that. What I love the most about Netflix is its culture of Freedom and Responsibility, or F&R.
