Function of a population health nurse

Primary Data

Secondary Data
Data that is collected through interviews or historical information, representing someone else's observations or opinions.
Equity in Outcomes
Ensuring the same health outcomes are achieved across different locations with potentially varying methods or programs.
Hyperthermia
A condition where the body temperature rises significantly, leading to symptoms such as heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
Treatments for Hyperthermia
Includes administering fluids, utilizing ice packs, and using cooling methods to slowly bring down body temperature.
Hypothermia
A condition where the body temperature drops too low, leading to shivering and potential frostbite.
Frostbite
Injury to body tissues caused by exposure to extreme cold, resulting in damaged skin and underlying tissue.
Animal Bite Reporting
