1. Sag Pancreas Head/Neck/Body/Tail

   1. Head-ucinate process, GDA, CBD

   2. Neck/Body- SV, SMA, AO, Wirsung’s duct

   3. Tail- adjacent to splenic hilum

2. Sag Pancreas Head/Neck/Body color

3. Trv Pancreas Head- anterior to IVC with CBD

   1. (more sag hold from hamburger to right little)

4. Trv Pancreas Neck- uncinate process and SMV (hamburger)

5. Trv Pancreas Body- SV, CA/SMA level

6. Trv Pancreas Tail- SV and left kidney

7. Sag Spleen

   1. Left side coronal

8. Sag Spleen measurement- tip to diaphgram
