State
A community of persons permanently occupying a definite territory, possessing a government, and enjoying freedom from external control.
Nation
A group of people bound together by certain characteristics such as place of origin, language, customs, and traditions.
People
An element of the state referring to the inhabitants or a community of persons permanently occupying a territory who are obedient persons.
Sovereignty
The element of the state characterized by freedom from external control.
