Mountain Pose
Known as Tadasana. It is a basic yoga pose where hands are raised overhead and straight, palms facing each other, forming a figure of the number 11.

Mountain Pose Downward Dog
Known as Adho (Mukha) Svanasana. It is a basic yoga pose where you bend the center body upward, forming an inverted letter V.

Warrior (3rd Type)
Known as Virabhadrasana. It is a basic yoga pose where the right and left knees are bent at 90 degrees and 45 degrees, respectively, and the arms are extended to the sides with palms facing down.

Tree Pose
Known as Vrksasana. It is a basic yoga pose where the hands are raised upward in prayer position. Then, the sole of the right foot is positioned on the left thigh.

Bridge Pose
Known as Setu Banda Sarvangasana. It is a basic yoga pose where you lie on the floor. Then, the knees are bent, and thighs lifted out till parallel to the floor. The arms are rested, and the chest is raised closer to the chin.

Utthita Trikonasana
Known as Triangle Pose. It is a basic yoga pose where arms are extended to the sides, bend over the right leg, and let the right hand touch the floor whilst the left hand is extended towards the ceiling.

Seated Twist (1 type)
Known as Ardha Matsyendrasana. It is a basic yoga pose where a flexed left thigh is positioned over the stretched right leg. Let the right elbow touch the left knee, then twist to the left as far as you can.

Cobra
Known as Bhujangasana. It is a basic yoga pose where you press the shoulders down and slowly raise the upper body.

Pigeon Pose
Known as Kapotasana. It is a basic yoga pose where, from push-up position, the left leg is brought down while the right knee is bent on the floor, and the chest is brought closer to the floor as the arms are extended in front.

Child’s Pose
Known as Balasana. It is a basic yoga pose where you sit on your heels, lower your chest, and bend forward with your chest closer to your knees. Let the forehead rest on the flat surface with arms extended forward.
