Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion theory, used to describe the shapes of molecules.
Functional Group
A specific atom or group of atoms within a molecule that is responsible for the characteristic chemical reactions of that molecule.
Free Radical Mechanism
A process involving Initiation, Propagation, and Termination stages in alkanes like Methane and Ethane.
Scalar Product
The product of two vectors defined in terms of the angle between them (Dot Product).
Projectile Motion
Two-dimensional motion in a vertical plane where the horizontal component of velocity (VH) is constant.
Angular Displacement
The change in angle as an object rotates, expressed in radians, degrees, or revolutions.
Fluid Drag
The resistance force exerted by a fluid on an object moving through it.
Equation of Continuity
Av=constant; a form of the principle of conservation of mass for ideal and incompressible fluid flow.

Coulomb’s Law
Describes the force between two-point charges and how it is reduced in a medium other than free space.

The law of electromagnetic induction.
Lenz’s Law
Predicts the direction of an induced current and relates to the principle of conservation of energy.

Half-life
The time required for half of the atomic nuclei in a radioactive sample to decay, related to the decay constant by λ=T1/20.693.
Critical Thinking (Logical Reasoning)
The process of evaluation which uses logic to separate truth from falsehood and reasonable from unreasonable beliefs.
Logical Deduction
A type of reasoning where statements and relations are used precisely to make conclusions implied by those statements.
Course of Action
A step or administrative decision taken for improvement, follow-up, or further action to a problem or policy.
Cause and Effect
The relationship between two things when one thing makes something else happen.
