an establishment serving food and drinks and providing entertainment, usually singing and/or dancing

DANCE

rhythmic and expressive body movements, usually coordinated into a pattern and adopted to musical accompaniments

DANCEHALL

public or privately owned room suitable for dances and offering facilities for dancing

DANCE INSTRUCTOR/INSTRUCTRESS

person who conducts lessons on ballet, modern dancing, jazz dancing, ballroom dancing, ethnic dancing, folk dancing, theater dancing and other forms of dancing

DANCING SCHOOL/STUDIO

establishment offering training or instructions on ballet, modern dancing, jazz dancing, ballroom dancing, ethnic dancing, folk dancing, theater dancing and other forms of dancing

DISCO/DISCOTHEQUE

establishment serving food and drink, equipped with electronic sound and lighting system and similar accessories, and providing a space for dancing

EGGRESS

arrangement of facilities to assure a safe means of exit from the building

EQUIPMENT

include all appliances, furniture, machinery, instruments, apparatus and articles used or intended to be used in the establishment

ENTERTAINERS

include hosts, singers, hospitality girls, male and female escorts, receptionists, guest relation officers, male and female sexy dancers who entertain patrons or customers by seating and conversing, dancing, singing, eating or drinking with them

ESTABLISHMENT

collective term construed to include dancing schools, dance halls, discos, night/day clubs, cabarets , folk houses, music lounges and other similar establishments or facilities

FUNCTION ROOM

room in an establishment serving food and drinks and rented for public or social economies, gatherings or festivities.

KITCHEN

room or some other space with facilities for the preparation and cooking of food

NIGHT/DAY CLUB

establishment open during the night or say usually serving liquor and food, providing a show or live entertainment, or music and space for dancing
