Describe the details in space/ depth, influnces and the figures

The altar piece was closed most days; however, open for mass, holy days or celebrations.

Details in space and depth, which is created through architecture. There are a total of 20 images. Gothic influence Verticality, Composition and detail.

The figure are enlongated but the level of detail is higher compared to 13th/ 14th Italian art. 15th centurny Nothern European art focused more on detail of skin, fabric and envoriment.

Bottom middle depicts mass/ alter

assembly of angles, apostles, popes, judges etc in the middle there is a haloed lamb.

There is a heavy use of atmospheric perspectives (colors start to dull futher away you get) Blue futher away emits the futherst eave lenght.

Adam/ Eve at the top altar, left/ right inside.

The form is more naturalistic. Almost life-sized there is attention to anatomy - Light/shading. Colors and texture have great accuracy.

On the sides there is angels singing and playing instruments as well as John the Baptist and Mary.
