What is self-awareness?
Self-awareness is the ability to monitor and view your own reactions and independent actions.

Self-discipline is the ability to direct your focus on what you are doing and not specifically on what you want to do, but on what will benefit the team.

Attitude is the state of mind that is behind every action and movement you make. You have to choose your attitude. Your attitude can be contagious as well.

Everyone must answer for their actions, regardless of their rank. Even the highest of leaders are accountable to their people.
