Cross-Enrollment
refers to a system of enrollment where a student is officially enrolled in an academic program of an origin school but is allowed to enroll in the NSTP component of another accepting school.
Higher Education Institution (HEIs)
refers to universities, colleges, and other educational institutions offering higher education
Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs)
refers to any public institution of higher learning established and managed by local government units
State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
refers to any public institution of higher learning established by the national government and are governed by their respective independent governing boards
