One common definition regards leadership as a process whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal

What is ethical leadership

Ethical leadership is a leadership centered on the appropriate conduct through the respect for ethics, values and dignity of others. The concepts honesty, integrity, trust and fairness are crucial in ethical leadership. Ethical leadership has also been defined as the demonstration of normatively appropriate conduct through personal actions and interpersonal relationships and the promotion of such conduct through two-way communication reinforcement and decision making.

The principle of non-maleficence holds that leaders have an obligation not to inflict harm on employees
