This can promote mental h&w by dec. stress & anxiety lvls about sexual health by inc. accessibility to this program. TIS initiative
Addresses ottawa charter-develop personal skills through ‘deadly dan the smoke-free man’ which educates kids on healthy behaviours that reduce tobacco use. Guidelines by national health and medical research council, thatre designed to address causes of the increase in diet-related conditions.
Guidelines are used by health prof., educators, and others to promote healthy eating. Doesnt target those with seriouds medical conditions like type2diabetes who need specialised dietary advice.
