Finds and inserts pictures from a variety of online sources.

Green vertical or horizontal lines that display when you are moving or sizing an object to assist you with object placement.
Text Box
A rectangular drawing object in which text or graphics images can be inserted and positioned anywhere on a page.
Distribute Vertically
A document design layout where objects are evenly spaced from the top of the document to the bottom of the document.
Distribute Horizontally
A document design layout where objects are evenly spaced from the left side of the document to the right side of the document.
Online Video
Insert online videos that you can watch right in Word without having to leave the document.
Crop
The removal of unwanted outer areas from a photographic or illustrated image.
Screenshot
Used to take a snapshot of any open window and add it to your document.
Screen Clipping
An image capture of only a part of your computer screen that you have selected.
Artistic Effects
Formats applied to images that make pictures resemble sketches or paintings.
Remove Background
Allows you to remove unwanted portions of a picture such as the background.
Picture Effects
Formatting that enhances a picture with effects such as shadow, glow, reflection, or 3-D rotation.

Text that appears if an image does not download or that describes the contents of an image.

Detects data and features that are not compatible with previous software versions.

Used to replay the sequence of ink strokes it took to create a drawing.
