1. low - less eps, lower risk of NMS

2. Intermediate

3. High - more EPS , higher risk of NMS

sedation , dry mouth, constipation, orthostatic hypotension

Extraparymidal Symptoms - drug induced movement disorders

1. Dystonia - continuous spasms and muscle contractions

3. Pseudoparkinsonism - characteristic symptoms such as rigidity

4. Tardive Dyskinesia - irregular jerky movements

NMS - Neuropletic Malignat Syndrome

1. fever

2. Altered mental status

3. Muscle rigidity “lead pipe”

4. Autonomic dysfunction
