Bystander Effect
The phenomenon where individuals are less likely to help a victim when other people are present.
Pluralistic Ignorance
A situation where individuals are unaware of others' true thoughts and take inaction as evidence that no help is needed.

The reduction in personal responsibility experienced by individuals when others are present.
Stereotype
