The Atlantic Charter
The Atlantic Charter emphasized self-determination for nations, disarmament, freedom of the seas and the importance of a post-war world order based on peace and democracy. Signed by Winston Churchill and FDR.
Lend-Lease Act
Allowed the country to provide military materials to other allied countries. Passed in November 1941.

A policy that allowed other countries to purchase materials from the U.S. as long they transported the goods on their own vessels
