How to multiply by a decimal.
You count the amount of digits behind the decimal place in both numbers. This is the amount of decimal places your product will have. Then just times the two numbers without the decimal places and then substitute the amount of decimal places needed into the result to find the product.

How divide a decimal with a whole number.
Divide the two numbers normally but then insert the decimal place afterwards.

Division of decimals by other decimals.
Change the divisor to a whole number and and make that same change to the dividend.

Connecting decimals and fractions.
Divide the numerator and the denominator to find the decimal.
How to multiply a decimal by a whole number.
Multiply it normally and then drop the decimal place to the bottom.
