Promotion to C/CPL

1. Must know all previous requirements

2. Requirements:

• 5 Uniform Wears

• 24-hour clock

• Cadet rank test (80% or above)

3. Intangibles:

• No Major disciplinary issues while in grade as PFC

• Must have outstanding uniform appearance

Promotion to C/SGT

1. Must know all previous requirements

2. Requirements

• Drill Verification: March a squad

• Rank and Position Test (80%)

3. Intangibles:

• Display leadership qualities

• Must have outstanding uniform appearance

Promotion to C/SSG

1. Must know all previous requirements

2. Requirements

• Drill Verification: March a squad according the Test Sheet (80%)

• Rank and Position Test (100%)

• General Knowledge Test (70%)

• Leadership general knowledge test (50%)

• Conduct Uniform Pre-inspection to Standard

3. Intangibles

• Must have outstanding uniform appearance

Promotion to C/SFC

1. Must know all previous requirements

2. Requirements:

• Drill Verification: March a platoon according to the Drill Test Sheet (80%)

• Conduct Uniform Inspection to Standard (PLT Level)

• General Knowledge Test (100%)

• Leadership Knowledge Test (70%)

3. Intangibles

• No disciplinary referrals in 18 weeks or period as Staff Sergeant

• Must have outstanding appearance

• Must show Leadership Potential

Promotion to C/MSG and C/1SG

1. Must know all previous requirements

2. Requirements:

• Drill Verification: March a Company according to the Drill Test Sheet (80%)

• Conduct Uniform Inspection to Standard (Company Level)

• Leadership Knowledge Test (100%)

3. Intangibles

• No disciplinary referrals in 18 weeks or period as Sergeant First Class

• Must have outstanding appearance

• Must show Leadership Potential

• Must be able to stay after school for a period of time

Promotion to C/CSM

1. Must know all previous requirements

2. Requirements:

• Drill Verification: March a Company according to the Drill Test Sheet (80%)

• Conduct Uniform Inspection to Standard (Company Level)

• Leadership Knowledge Test (100%)

3. Intangibles

• No disciplinary referrals in 18 weeks or period as Staff Sergeant

• Must have outstanding appearance

• Must be available to come into school early and stay after for periods of time

4. -Must show leadership elements in their class period( sounding off, confidence, etc)

Promotion to C/2LT

1. Must know all previous requirements

2. Requirements:

• Drill Verification: March a platoon according to the Drill Test Sheet (80%)

• Conduct Uniform Inspection to Standard (PLT Level)

• General Knowledge Test (100%)

• Leadership Knowledge Test (70%)

3. Intangibles

• No disciplinary referrals in 18 weeks or period as Staff Sergeant
