Interphone transmissions priorities

 

      I.            First Priority: Emergency messages including essential information on aircraft accidents or suspected accidents. After an actual emergency has passed, give a lower priority to messages relating to that accident.

   II.            Second Priority: Clearances and control instructions.

III.            Third Priority: Movement and control messages using the following order of preference when possible, Progress reports, Departure or arrival reports, Flight plans.

IV.            Fourth Priority: Movement messages on VFR aircraft.
