Scripture stating that the Father gives good gifts to those who seek Him; one such gift is shifting a person's heart to align with His will.

Scripture explaining that "the fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much," capable of plundering the schemes of the enemy.
Old Testament Israel

Individuals who pray in synagogues and on street corners specifically to be seen by others for selfish ambition and the approval of man.
Praying in Secret
Jesus' instruction to pray in a room with a shut door to ensure the communication is raw and real, as one cannot impress an all-knowing God in private.
Empty Phrases
The "many words" or fancy vocabulary Jesus warned against using in prayer, as God knows what is needed before it is asked.
"Our Father"
The opening address of the Lord's Prayer that instructs believers to approach God as a dad rather than a dictator.
Daily Bread
A request within the Lord's Prayer for God to provide daily nourishment for the soul and spirit.
"Be angry and do not sin"
A biblical principle where prayer is used as a tool to bring frustration to God instead of taking it out on others or acting in sin.
