stakeholders
any person, group, or organization that can affect, be affected by, or has an interest in the decisions, actions, or success of a project
deliverables
the tangible or intangible outputs—such as products, services, reports, or results—that must be completed and handed over to a client, stakeholder, or manager to successfully finish a phase or project.
what do deliverables need to be?
quantifiable, agreed upon, goal oriented
scope statement
a detailed document that defines a project’s boundaries by outlining what should be included and what should be excluded from the work. it is the project’s single source of truth so that all parties involved (project managers, stakeholders, clients, and the teams) have the same expectations for the project.
milestones
significant checkpoints along a project timeline that show the completion of a phase or a major deliverable they show a specific achievement rather than the work that is being done. ie. design approved instead of drafting blueprints
RACI Chart : R?
Responsible. the person who does the actual work to complete the task. must have a minimum of 1 person.

Accountable. the person who owns the task and has final decision making authority. they make sure the work is being done properly. only one.
