A 25 year old guy fell off the ladder and hit his head and had a frontal lobe lesion. You had to outline what you might expect to see, the assessment, and treatment strategies for 3 of the impairments.
Discuss language and behavior as it relates to lesions involving the right cerebral hemisphere. In general, how would this differ from left hemisphere?

Attention, working memory, and inhibition
Attention- what if someone is presenting and someone is clicking pen, having side convos, you still need to use verbal expression correctly, don't attend to question/direction then ya cant answer/follow the direction
working memory- store info for short amount of time, someone is wanting you to answer question (aud comp) so you'd need to be able to store it, manipulate it, and then use it to answer
inhibition- dont want to be blurting out info
