Race
The social classification of someone's physical appearance depending on where they come from.
Ethnicity
The ancestry based off the geographical location someone comes from, classified into cultures that are in that area.
Culture
The practices, beliefs, and traditions an ethnicity has.
Shallow Culture
Commonly seen and known traits that can be understood by anyone, like clothing and expressional traits.
Deep Culture
Practices that have a deeper meaning than normal, like philosophy and morals.
Nationality
Official documentation of where you come from.
National Identity
The sense of belonging in a certain country/group in a region.
Multiculturalism
Multiple cultures in one society.
Stereotypes
The common way the human mind generalizes a culture without proper understanding; it could be correct, incorrect, or exaggerated.
Media Stereotypes
Generalizations from propaganda/creative traits someone made out of nothing.
Bias
The assumption of someone based off of stereotypes without any real information beforehand.
Colonization
The controlling of a land with a culture’s people. This can be destructive if another person’s already on it.
Hegemony
The dominant and most known/accepted culture.
Geography
Natural physical features of a region.
Human Geography
Physical features of humanity, from populations, to cities/structures, to culturally hegemonic areas.
