Sweetners

1.Mix yeast with warm liquid and sugar
2.Add flour and knead a few mins
3.Let dough rise until doubled
4.shape and let rise again
5.bake until golden
How to knead dough
1.Fold the dough toward you
2.Push with the heels of your hands
3.Turn a quarter turn
4.Repeat 5-10 min until smooth
