promotes economic growth and job creation by fostering trade, supporting innovation, and ensuring fair trade practices while collecting/analyzing data for business and governmental decision making.

Department of Labor

fosters well being of workers, job seekers, and retirees by promoting fair and safe working conditions ensuring work related benefits and rights.

Department of Housing and Urban development

address housing needs and promotes fair holding opportunities, community development, economic opportunity, including programs for affordable housing, ending homelessness, and home ownership.

Department of Transportation

oversees national transportation systems and infrastructure, ensures safety, efficiency, and accessibility for all modes of transportation and making/implementing federal transportation policies.

Department of Energy

oversees national energy policy, manages country’s nuclear infrastructure, promotes efficient/renewable energy, ensures security of US nuclear weapons stockpile.

Department of Health and human services

protects health of all Americans and provides essential human services, focusing on health, science, prevention, social security, and wellness.

Department of Veteran Affairs

provides healthcare, benefits and memorial services to veterans and their families including programs for education, home loans, and disability compensation.

Department of Homeland Security

reorganized the cabinet and put several agencies together. Their purpose is to keep the US safe from outside attacks and to help with natural disasters.
