THE NEET FILTER
A prioritization framework used to evaluate whether to give an activity meaningful time based on the H.E.A.R. criteria.
H (HEALTH)
The criteria asking if an activity protects physical/mental health or genuine recovery.
E (EXAM)
The criteria asking if an activity directly supports NEET preparation.
A (ACTUAL RESPONSIBILITY)
The criteria asking if an activity is something that genuinely needs to be handled.
R (REAL RECOVERY)
The criteria asking if an activity genuinely refreshes a person rather than trapping them.
Criteria Failure Actions
The four actions to take (DELAY, REDUCE, IGNORE, REMOVE) if an activity meets none of the H.E.A.R. criteria.
