Describe the sustainable development goals
The 17 sustainable development goals, introduced in 2016 are a global plan to address major challenges by 2030. They were developed my United Nations member states and other stakeholders, they include 169 targets aimed at ending poverty, promoting health, empowering women, addressing climate change and ensuring peace and equality.

Support the research and development of vaccines and medicines for communicable and non-communicable diseases
Support investment in health services and trained medical workers to expand access to healthcare

implement the WHO framework convention on tobacco control
strengthen prevention and treatment services for substance abuse
What is the difference between key feature actions and key feature outcomes
the actions are the changes that must be made to ensure progress towards the outcome related features whereas the outcomes are what is trying to be achieved by 2030
