What is rhetoric?
The way people produce texts to create meaning.
What is a rhetorical device?
A technique or type of language used to evoke a reaction or persuade the audience.
What does the term 'somber' describe?
Situations, facial expressions, or moods that are dark, gloomy, or depressing.
Provide an example of a somber situation.

What is meant by 'satiric'?
The use of sarcasm, humor, and irony to criticize societal flaws or public figures.

What does 'ironic' mean?
Conveying a message that is opposite of its literal meaning.

What does "Patronizing" mean?
Offensively condescending.
