Humerus – AP Projection
Shows the entire length of the humerus. The accuracy of the position is confirmed by the epicondyles being parallel to the IR.
Humerus – Lateromedial, Mediolateral Projection
Shows the entire length of the humerus. A true lateral image is confirmed by superimposed epicondyles.
Humerus – AP Projection (Recumbent)
Shows the entire humerus. The opposite shoulder is elevated to ensure the affected arm is in contact with the IR.

Shows the entire length of the humerus. A true lateral image is confirmed by superimposed epicondyles.
