Weather Briefing
A compilation of weather conditions that pilots should gather prior to flight, including information from online resources or Flight Service.
Standard Weather Briefing
A comprehensive briefing issued within 6 hours of flight, covering adverse conditions, current weather, forecasts, NOTAMs, and more.
Abbreviated Weather Briefing
A shortened version of a standard briefing, requested for updated specific weather information after a departure delay.
Outlook Weather Briefing
A forecast requested for a planned departure that is 6 or more hours away, providing limited initial forecast information.
METAR
Aviation Routine Weather Report issued every hour, providing observed weather at the airport.
SPECI

TAF
