bisecting angle technique
one of the the intraoral radiographic techniques used to capture images of teeth and surrounding structures.

This technique is based on the principle of bisecting the angle formed by the long axis of the tooth and the film placement
parallel
The film is placed as close to the tooth as possible, without being — to the tooth’s long axis
