Add 5g of sugar, 2g of yeast, 50g of bread flour to a large beaker
Measure out 60cm³ of water
Little by little, pour the water into the beaker. Stir the mixture each time you add water. Stir till smooth
Slowly pour 20cm³ of the mixture into each measuring cylinder. Use a stirring rod to push down the mixture
Put the cylinders in 3 different places with different temperatures. Use the thermometers to record each temperature.
Leave for 30 mins
Read the new volume of dough in each cylinder.

Creating a non-stick residue to line the measuring cylinder to get accurate recordings of the dough.
